| We here at Chaplins are more than happy to do the work that we do with various different charity's. Mainly F.A.C.E (Fighting Against Cancer Edinburgh), The Sick Kids Foundation, Radio Lollipop and also The Edinburgh Kiddies Taxi Outing. We do various different events throughout the year with these groups and some of the pictures of theses events are in our gallery page for you to look at. | ||||||||
| F.A.C.E is a charity based at the western general hospital who do lots of fundraising events throughout the year from coffee mornings and the Christmas fayre to there main event of the year which is when they take a large group of terminally ill children to Santa's home in Lapland for a fun filled day in the snow. We also assist them by donating our double decker bus to F.A.C.E for the annual Edinburgh Festival Cavalcade where we start of early in the morning decorating the bus with balloons and banners to promote what they actually do to the thousands of onlooker who line the streets on what is always a fun filled day.

The Edinburgh Kiddies Taxi Outing is one event in year that we ourselves look forward to doing this is where some of the taxi drivers in Edinburgh take a day off and they fill their taxis with disabled children or children with learning difficulty's and their carers. They then decorate their taxis with as many different coloured balloons as they can lay their hands on and see who can get the most to cover the taxi. We start of in the morning at Murrayfield where all the taxis are assembled and judging takes place. We take our two buses along so that there is music all the way along the journey to Yellowcraigs stopping off as always in Musselburgh where the Lucas ice cream is on offer and the big water fight starts and once we get to Yellowcraigs we let the kids come onboard our Megamobile Party Bus and enjoy theirselves. We are also helped along the route by the Lothian and Borders police motorbike unit who also enjoy their day by trying to stay as dry as possible which is very hard as almost every taxi is full of water guns and water balloons. |

| The Sick Kids Foundation and Radio Lollipop also do outstanding work as we are sure you are well aware to keeping the sick children's hospital up and running and they also work with the children when they have to be in hospital trying to keep them entertained to make their stay in the hospital as comfortable as possible. | ||||||||
